We see patients by appointment only.
New patients are accepted by referral only and once the presenting problem has been addressed appropriately they will continue to be followed by their family physicians.
We limit the use email as a means of communication with the public or patients to appointment reminders with no information about medical diagnoses or other confidential information. We do not use email
(i) regarding questions or issues of a medical nature (other than to issue a reminder of an appointment with general directions/instructions); or
(ii) for inquiries regarding fees, services or similar matters.
Therefore we do not at this time send or respond to E-mail communications regarding such matters.

SECURE TRANSMISSION OF CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS
Photos and documents may be uploaded using the Document Upload Form, which is found elsewhere on this website. The upload form should be used only by existing patients or patients who have already been referred for a pending consultation. An appointment should be booked to discuss the photos or documents that you upload, unless that discussion has already happened.

Telephone prescription renewals, completion of most forms, medical assessments requested by 3rd parties (e.g. sports physical, camp physical), treatment of warts and some other services are not reimbursed through the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. Fees for these services are posted and payment is expected at the time of service delivery. If you require the service but cannot afford the posted fee please discuss this with Kaleidoscope Pediatric Consultants staff or directly with your physician. Payments by Dr. Palmer’s patients can be made on the Pay Your Invoice page on this website or by cash or cheque at the reception desk or by mail.
