Dr. Palmer graduated with his medical degree from University of Alberta in 1989 and completed his residency in Pediatrics through University of Calgary at Alberta Children’s Hospital in 1995.  He is one of the pediatricians who founded Kaleidoscope Pediatric Consultants in 1996 and has been practicing general pediatric medicine in this clinic ever since.  He loves children and very much enjoys his work.  Dr. Palmer and Mrs. Palmer have 3 daughters and 3 sons, and as of November 2021 have 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. Dr. Palmer loves being a grandfather and he enjoys home handiwork including gardening and various home construction, electrical, and landscaping projects.
