Dr. Syeda Abbas completed pediatric residency at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in 2019.  She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Calgary.  She is a Hospital Pediatrician at Peter Lougheed Centre and deals with inpatients and newborn care. She also works with children with complexed medical needs via COPE program and P-KIC.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, arranging family reunions and travelling.
